What are the support options available?
There are a number of support options available under our flexible DSI-Care Support Programme. Packages range from the standard Bronze package which is designed for the smaller Care Home employing up to 15 carers to the large Care Home provider employing over 100 members of staff and deploying the application to meet the needs of management, carers and Learning Disabled. How can you migrate our existing data?
DSInsight have a well-thought through Methodology that will guide you through the entire process. We will assist in the first instance with the implementation of the software and help you to set up your hardware infrastructure. We will then help you to facilitate the transfer of data from your existing legacy or paper-based system to enable you to hit the ground running.
