Each Care Home has its own unique set of requirements and DSInsight's Care Programme - DSI-Care - has been designed to deliver the flexibility to choose the right level of support to match your individual budget and needs. 

DSI-Care Platinum

DSI-Care Platinum is designed for the Care Home employing over 100 carers using the entire DSInsight product range - SPARS, SPARS ClearView, SMS and SCENE or where a DSInsight deployment is critical to the day-to-day running of the Care Home group.  

If deemed necessary, with this support option, DSCallards will provide a full-time Consultant to work on-site with your team to deliver complete peace of mind.

DSI-Care Gold

DSI-Care Gold is designed for the Care Home employing between 50 and 100 carers as well as deploying the system to meet the needs of your Learning Disabled to use SPARS ClearView and SCENE. 

DSI-Care Gold take support to the next level, with services including:

  • Service Desk access 
  • Online Support Portal access
  • 9 am to 5 pm business hours support 
  • Minor release upgrades
  • 25% discount on standard published hourly Consultant rates
  • Priority support
  • Dedicated Account Manager and telephone and email contact details
  • Quarterly Account Manager visit
  • Regular reports of all logged support calls and outcomes from online Help Desk made by your team
  • High priority on all amendments
  • Out of hours maintenance option**
  • Extended Support hours or 24x7**
  • 4-hour response time*

DSI-Care Silver

DSI-Care Silver is designed for the Care Home employing between 25 - 50 carers using SPARS and/or SMS. 

Including all of the essential services of the Bronze package; DSI-Care Silver delivers regular system checks and increased telephone support.  Also, when you take out a Silver Support Package, the DSInsight Support Team will carry out an initial on-site assessment with full report of your systems and will continue, throughout the term of the support package, to keep a constant eye on them to ensure that they are operating as effectively as possible.

  • 24-hour response time*
