DSCallards does not believe in standing still and this is reflected in its people who are dynamic and driven to produce results to meet the demands of its customers, which range in size from SMEs to corporates through to government organisations and multi-nationals.

With such a diverse client-base, DSCallards employs only the best to deliver to the standards that it believes keeps it ahead of the competition.

Here are some profiles of the key customer-facing members of the team:

Adrian Handley, Managing Director
With great entrepreneurial spirit, combined with first class business acumen, Adrian held senior technical and commercial positions within hi-tech software companies for over ten years before establishing Developer Solutions, the predecessor to DSCallards, in 2001.
Ray Kemp, Technical Director
Ray is a multi-talented individual with many strings to his bow and his interest in computers began nearly three decades ago! His strengths lie in his ability to talk through and understand a customer’s problem and in working together to deliver the most effective solution. At the same time, Ray also enjoys understanding the technologies and still insists on getting involved at the technical level. Ray is also co-founder of Developer Solutions.
Jonathan Camp, Development Director
Jonathan cut his teeth in the print industry working in production and management roles before moving onto e-commerce and web-based technologies in the late 1990s. A PRINCE II practitioner, Jonathan has an impressive career history working in senior management and technical positions covering IT Support, e-commerce, Web, ERP, programming and Project Management. He joined DSCallards in 2008 and leads the Development Team, which is multi-skilled across many development disciplines such as Web2.0, Ajax, VB and VB/ASP.NET.
Mike 'Monty' Morris, Support Manager
Monty has many years of experience in a diverse range of trades including retail, arboriculture (tree surgery), plumbing and heating, building construction and during the last fifteen years has emerged himself in software support and testing. Monty has been instrumental in extending the Help Desk and Support facility within DSCallards and is an expert in the DSInsight range of products. Monty is rarely seen without a smile on his face!
Adriane Gillies, Marketing Manager
A Bachelor of Laws (LL B), with a Masters in Marketing Management (MA) and a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), Adriane’s career spans over twenty years in various marketing and business management positions in IT, defence manufacturing, broadcasting and retail.
Lee Grogan, Business Development Manager
Lee’s knowledge of the IT industry is second to none having worked for over ten years in Account Management and Business Development with both hardware and software solutions covering a variety of vertical markets as well as government departments.
Ben Hedger, Senior Sales Consultant
Having graduated from University Brunel West London in 2000 with a combined BSC in Sports Science and Environmental Science & Geography, Ben has since acquired extensive experience in the hi-tech business-to-business IT arena in companies including World Markets Research Centre, ASAP Group and Integrated Data Services.
Sue Mitchell, Sales Consultant
Sue’s interesting career began with an Institutional Management Degree in Torquay which led to the setting up of her own successful catering business. After selling the business, she moved into the corporate world and spent ten years with Hovis in various management positions before taking time out to have her family. Sue is now a valuable member of the Sales and Marketing Team in her role of Sales and Sales Support.
